The rules for using NicheGrab Pro as a creator or as a buyer.

Using the platform

You need an account to create products. Keep your sign-in secure, and do not use the platform to break the law or to infringe anyone else’s rights.

Your content

You own the products you create. By publishing on the platform you allow us to host, display and deliver them to buyers. You are responsible for making sure what you publish is accurate and lawful, and that you have the right to sell it.

AI-generated material

AI drafts are a starting point, not finished work. Review and edit everything before you publish it. Do not present generated advice as professional medical, legal or financial guidance.

Payments and fees

Sales are processed by Paystack. The platform fee and the payment processor fee are deducted at checkout, and your share is settled to the bank account on your creator profile.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that abuses the platform, publishes unlawful material, or repeatedly triggers chargebacks or complaints.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
