Refund policy

Digital products

Because a file is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been opened.

When we do refund

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• The file is corrupted or does not match what the product page described, and we cannot fix it.
• The download never reached you and we cannot deliver it.

How to ask

Contact support within 7 days of the purchase with your payment reference and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to the card or account used, through Paystack.

Subscriptions

A Pro subscription can be cancelled at any time and stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Part-months are not refunded.
